The Xeon Gold 5120T sits between Ryzen Threadripper 1920X and Xeon Silver 4214. It is 9.8% lower than the Ryzen Threadripper 1920X while being 3.3% higher than the Xeon Silver 4214. The Xeon Gold 5120T's performance earns it the 21st place. The less expensive 16-core Ryzen Threadripper 2950X provides far more performance in these tests, and it also sells for ~$899. That higher score is a byproduct of the Ryzen Threadripper 2950X's extra threads. Overall, the Xeon Gold 5120T is an average performer with its 14-cores and 28-threads in this benchmark.
