The Core i9-10900K sits between Ryzen 9 5950X and Core i5-6600K. It is 2.1% lower than the Ryzen 9 5950X while being 0.5% higher than the Core i5-6600K. The Core i9-10900K takes a comfortable 13% lead over the Ryzen 9 3900X. It even beats the Ryzen 9 3950X. In this benchmark, the Core i9-10900K has an impressive performance, which is way ahead of the last generation Core i9-9900KS by 5.5%. Still, the Core i9-10900K wields its 10-cores to great effect, beating the price-comparable Ryzen 9 models by 13% and sliding past the pricier Ryzen 9 3950X. Again, the Core i9-9900KS tumbles down the chart, falling behind its Comet Lake-based successor. That's a ~5.5% generational speed-up in this title. The Core i9-9900KS clearly shows how significantly the enthusiast Coffee Lake Refresh-based CPUs fall behind the Comet Lake models. The Core i9-10900K's performance earns it the 16th place. Intel's Core i9-10900K notches a small win over the Core i9-9900KS, but opens up an impressive lead over the stock Ryzen 9 3900X. Overall, the Core i9-10900K is an average performer with its 10-cores and 20-threads in this benchmark.
